INCLUDED:
- The swim with dolphins program in the Riviera Maya, includes transportation from Riviera hotels to Puerto Aventuras Marina. (This service must be requested by the client through email or by phone 24 hours before the program)
- BUFFET MEAL AND BEVERAGES COMBO
- During this program in Puerto Aventuras, Riviera Maya, the dolphin will give you a handshake, hugs and kisses, they will sing and you will have free time to enjoy your new marine friends.
- Kids between 1-5 years old are free of charge; however, a paying adult must swim with them.This promotion will apply only under client’s request.
- If your kids can apply for free admission, do not include them on your reservation. No refunds will apply after the online reservation has been made. Before you finish your reservation, please write on the comments section a free entrance request for your kids or send us your request by email once your reservation has been made.
NOT INCLUDED:
- Transportation from and to Cancun.
- Photo and Video of your dolphin experience.
- Other activities in Puerto Aventuras or Riviera Maya.
NOTE:
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program
- In Puerto Aventuras, groups must have a maximum of 20 people.
- Kids must be at least 1 year old to participate in the Dolphin Encounter program
- Participants from 1 to 7 years old must come with a paying adult as a companion.
- Kids over 11 years old will be able to swim on their own
- The minimum age to participate in the Dolphin Encounter program is 1 year old and fit the life vest
- Children from 1 to 5 years PARTICIPATE FREE and must come with a paying adult as a companion
- Participants from 1 to 7 years old must come with a paying adult as a companion
- If children are 8 years old and over, they may swim on their own
- The use of safety vests is required in all water programs
