NOTES:
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program
- groups ARE 10 people Maximum
- Kids must be at least 8 years old to participate in the Dolphin Royal Swim program
- 11 year old kids or under, will only be able to participate with a paying adult
- The Chankanaab Park is opened daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- If you get to the Mexican island of Cozumel in cruise ship, verify your Schedule before booking to avoid inconveniences. The Time Zone in Cozumel is CST-Central Standard Time (UTC/GMT-6 hours) during winter and CDT-Central Daylight Time during summer (UTC/GMT-5 hours)
- Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species
- Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed in any of our aquatic programs
- Contact us before booking if you have any physical or mental limitation
- Wearing safety vests during any water program is compulsory
