- Kids of 1 to 5 years old will have a free program, but will have to pay the Chankanaab park admission and must always swim with a paying adult. This promotion applies only under request by email or telephone
- If your kids can apply for free admission, do not include them on your reservation. No refunds will apply after the online reservation has been made. Before you finish your reservation, please write on the comments section a free entrance request for your kids or send us your request by email.

Notes:
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program
- Group of 20 people maximum.
- Kids must be at least 1 year old to participate in the Dolphin Encounter program.
- Participants from 1 to 7 years old must come with a paying adult as a companion.
- Kids over 8 years old will be able to participate on their own.
- The Chankanaab Park is opened daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- If you get to the Mexican island of Cozumel in cruise ship, verify your schedule before booking to avoid inconveniences. The Time Zone in Cozumel is CST-Central Standard Time (UTC/GMT-6 hours) during winter and CDT-Central Daylight Time during summer (UTC/GMT-5 hours).
- Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
- Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed in any of our aquatic programs.
- Contact us before booking if you have any physical or mental limitation.
- Wearing safety vests during any water program is compulsory.
