On the Dolphin Encounter, you will stand on a waist-deep submerged platform and experience a heart-warming kiss, a hug, a dance and opportunities to rub down the dolphin. The dolphin trainer will combine elements of hands-on contact, education, fun, laughter, to make this an unforgettable experience in one of the finest natural attractions in Cancun - Isla Mujeres.

- If you participate in the Dolphin Encounter program, you will be able to enjoy without additional cost the continental breakfast (sweet bread, juice and coffee), if your ship departure is at 9:00 a.m.
- BUFFET MEAL AND BEVERAGES COMBO.
- During this program in Isla Mujeres, the dolphin will give you a handshake, hugs and kisses, they will sing and you will have free time to enjoy your new marine friends
- Kids between 1-5 years old are free of charge; however, a paying adult must swim with them.This promotion will apply only under client’s request
- If your kids can apply for free admission, do not include them on your reservation.
NOT INCLUDED:
- Photo and Video of your experience with our dolphins.
- Other activities in Cancun or Isla Mujeres.
- The tour price doest not include the $3.00 USD dock fee per person that must be paid at Marina Aquatours check in
Note:
- It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program.
- Groups are maximum of 20 people
- Kids must be at least 1 year old to participate in the Dolphin Encounter program.
- Participants from 1 to 7 years old must come with a paying adult as a companion.
- Kids over 11 years old will be able to swim on their own
- use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
- Bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed in any of our aquatic programs.
- Contact us before booking if you have any physical or mental limitation.
- Wearing safety vests during any water program is compulsory
